Service of a realtor will mean a commitment that ensures that both parties in the transaction arrive at an agreement that is fair for both sides. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and am able to use this and give attention to detail to th e transaction to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Examples of services being provided are that I will coordinate with the seller for a presentation of the listing, review comparable properties for sale nearby, utilize access to MLS and public records to research activity for the most recent 18months, prepare an analysis, research the property’s ownership, deed, legal description, and zoning as well as several other services entailed with listing the home. Once the information is gathered can arrange for a meeting to discuss and review the findings from the search to formulate a plan for the best method to market and sell the home.
